Typically, you can download original/native versions of your file from GoldFynch's Document Viewer (i.e. "Docs" view) - there will be an "Original" button next to the "As PDF" download button in the "Downloads" section of the right panel.
However, files will occasionally not be available in their native format. This is likely due to the file not having a native copy provided in the production import - in such cases, GoldFynch is only able to import what was provided for the file (e.g. a stamped image rendering and provided text.)
If this is the case and you don't see the "Original" button when you need the original file, you may want to reach out to the producing party to see if they have a native version of the file that they can send to you.
