Standard support for GoldFynch is free for all accounts. However, non-standard requests or support outside of the platform will be chargeable. This includes non-standard data and production imports, the creation of non-standard productions, or other issues that fall outside the scope of the regular functioning of the GoldFynch platform.
To request such support, you will need to place a technical support request by following these steps:
1. Open the GoldFynch case you require support for
2. Click on the "Add-on Services" tab
3. Click on the 'Request' button against the "Technical Support Request" service option
4. Check the confirmation checkbox on the Technical Support Request screen overlay and then click on the "Submit" button
Once you have submitted the request a member of the GoldFynch team will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and provide you with a time estimate. You can choose to agree or cancel the request based on the time estimate before the service is provided. On completion of the request make sure your default payment method on files will be charged.
