If you have unintentionally deleted a file, a folder directory, or an entire case from GoldFynch, we can restore it in some cases from our system back up.  


Timing is of the essence, since our system does automatically purge deleted data after 7 days. If it is over 7 days, then it would have been completely purged. Under 7 days, there is a chance it may be still in the delete queue and perhaps recoverable.


This would fall outside of the standard support and would be considered "custom" support and would incus an additional charge of $150 to restore a folder, a file or a case.  Instructions for submitting a technical support request can be found here.


If you need this support, you will need to request the technical support add-on service from your case and then indicate in a support ticket with the following information:


  • Name of the file, folder, or entire case you need restored.
  • The approximate date the file, folder, or entire case was deleted.


Sending the support ticket can be done directly from your case by clicking the Help button, then indicating your request details in the message window.
