GoldFynch will automatically create slip sheets/placeholders for any files produced in native format. For example, if you select to produce all spreadsheets in native format, then each spreadsheet will have a single TIFF/JPEG image generated that says "Produced in native format"
NOTE: When PDF image representation is selected, you will not receive a slipsheet for any native produced item.
GoldFynch supports producing database files simultaneously in TIFF/JPEG and native format, by selecting the following in Step 3 of the Production Wizard -
- Load file/database format
- Native files
- TIFF/JPEG
Note:
- When the TIFF image representation is selected, documents are produced natively and as single-page black-and-white TIFFs for all supported file types
- When the JPEG image representation is selected, documents are produced natively and as single-page color JPEGs for all supported file types
- When the PDF documents image representation is selected, you will never receive a slip sheet placeholder
