Manage pricing for large data volumes easily and predictably
Growing data volume is one of the biggest challenges law firms and legal professionals face when handling large eDiscovery cases.
So we at GoldFynch designed processing plans as an optional GoldFynch organization feature to help deal with large data volumes and long-term storage. With them, you can avoid worrying about expanding data sizes and tracking costs as case plans change.
Processing plans offer predictable pricing that simplifies case management and budgeting: you pay a flat monthly fee for maintaining the case and a one-time data processing fee.
Let's see how a processing plan works
Processing plan rates are:
1. Processing fee: $20 per GB (one-time)
2. Monthly maintenance fee: $300 per processing plan case
This streamlined approach to pricing ensures that you pay only for the data you process, not the expanded case size. This benefits users who handle large eDiscovery cases.
Note:
1. To utilize the processing plans feature a GoldFynch organization is required.
2. The monthly maintenance fee is regardless of the data volume that is processed
To understand how processing plans work, let us take the example of a case with 500 GB of data
One-time processing fee: $20/GB * 500 GB = $10,000
Monthly maintenance fee: $300
Note: We charge per GiB(i.e.1024 MiB) although it is commonly called GB, as opposed to charging by true GB (i.e. 1000 MB). So you are getting roughly 7% more data for free.
