If any exceptions are encountered while running a production in GoldFynch, you can easily view them using the 'Production Exceptions' screen.
In the 'Requested Productions' tab of the Production view if a submitted production has any exceptions, there will be a red information icon ("!" in a red triangle) against it, as shown in the image below
To view the details related to the production exception -
1. Click on the '...' button against the production
2. Select the Production exception option from the popup menu
3. The files that encountered an exception will be listed along with the following details
- Type of exception
- Bates number
- File name and path - you can click on the file name to view the file (the specific page with the issue will be displayed)
- Number of pages
