GoldFynch's navigation context utility gives you the ability to preserve a context for future reference by letting you create a review set from the navigation context itself. This function is also useful when you have a navigation context that has more than 1000 documents

Step 1. Open a document from a directory/search result in the Document viewer

Step 2. Click on the review set button at the top of the navigation context panel

Click on the review set icon at the top of the navigation context panel

Alternatively, click on the 'Create Review Set' button that is at bottom of the warning message for navigation contexts that have more than 1000 files.

Click on the Create Review set button in the message to create a batch review for the nav context

Step 3. (Optional) Check the 'Yes, expand families' checkbox if you would like to include file families. By default, this is checked

Enter a name for the review set and click on create

Step 4. (Optional) Select a sort order for the review set from the drop-down. By default, this is set as 'Alphabetically by folder and file name'

Step 5. (Optional) Choose the maximum size for the review set

Step 6. Enter a name for the review set

Step 7. Click on the create button

Once the review set is created the source navigation context will be removed from the navigation context panel

Note: All container files(ZIPs, PSTs, etc.) will be excluded from the review set.
