If you face an issue on GoldFynch and wish to submit a support request, you can do so directly through the web app by following these steps.


NOTE: A solution to your issue may already be present in GoldFynch's repository of support articles which you can search through from the web app's support request tool (see the second section of this article.) Additionally, you can browse through the support articles here.


Submitting a support request


Step 1. In the GoldFynch web app, click on the "Help" button in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2. Describe the issue you face in the text field of the popup window that appears.



Step 3. (Optional) Attaching additional information: 

  • Click on the camera symbol in the bottom right corner of the text field to take a screenshot of your current GoldFynch screen if it contains relevant information to the issue. You may want to navigate to such a page before Step 1. if there is such a screen. A screenshot of the current page will be taken and automatically attached to the request.
  • Click on the attachment symbol in the bottom-left corner of the text field to attach any other relevant files to your message.

Take a screenshot or attach additional information using the respective buttons



Step 4. Click on the "Submit Question" button.



You also have the option to attach any other relevant files and links, as well as to format your message. Once you submit your support request, a member of the GoldFynch support team will get in touch via email to help resolve the issue.


Searching for existing solutions


Step 1. After clicking on the "Help" button, click on the "Search Articles" button in the popup window that appears.



Step 2. Click on the search bar that appears in the top-right of the help window and type in your question. Titles of any relevant articles will be listed. Click on one to open the article in a new tab.


Click on the search bar and enter your question. Any relevant articles will be listed
